Our adaptable Corner system is customised to suit the demands of both Multi-storey commercial and Residential developments, the lifting points on the Coreform corner system are strategically positioned atop each inner profile of the corner system. Once secured with chains and lifted by a crane, this process facilitates the elevation of the inner profile while concurrently engaging or disengaging the distinctive interlock movement of the corner system.

By raising the formwork shutters on a horizontal plane, a minimum clearance of 40mm is achieved. The combined clearance between opposing walls within our system is a minimum of 80mm. This allowance means the entire boxed formwork, complete with the corner systems in place, can be lifted to the floor above and positioned seamlessly in anticipation of a subsequent concrete pour with remarkable ease and precision.

 Upon lowering the boxed form onto the previously formed concrete lift shaft, the inner profile resides to its original position, aligning with the corner system's outer profiles. This automatic adjustment reinstates the formwork to its intended dimensions and securely locking it in place. This streamlined approach reduces crane lifts and associated labour interruptions, therefore leading to undeniable reduction in costs.

The system's strength lies in its robust structural integrity, achieved through meticulous design and craftsmanship. The inner and outer profiles, gussets, and ribs are fabricated using durable 6mm steel. The bottom plates, top lifting plates, and attached lifting lugs are fortified with 12mm steel. This dedication to durability ensures long-lasting performance and contributes to a reduction in equipment wear and tear, ultimately minimising wastage.

Our system addresses prevalent safety concerns by mitigating the retrieval of failed or damaged corner systems from confined spaces. The assembly process is notably safer, quicker, and more efficient, requiring fewer man hours throughout the project's duration and significantly reducing the need for cranage. Our corner system can be seamlessly integrated into conventional Timber Ply shutter systems, along with all other formwork panelling systems, enhancing its versatility and applicability.
